Do we need our own swimming cap and goggles ?
It is best to bring your own. However we do have caps and goggles for use by swimmers if you haven't bought yet or if you forget yours. We also sell goggles and caps for your convenience. With beginners and young ones we do not advocate using goggles in the beginning as part of water safety is to become used to swimming without goggles.
What should we wear when swimming?
Boys must wear swim trunks, speedos or board shorts and girls full costumes. Babies must wear swim diapers.

How long will a lesson be and who will be in the water with me?

A lesson is normally 15min in duration but can be extended to 30min depending on the swimmer's concentration and fitness levels. There will be one instructor with you in the water for a one on one session and during squad or group sessions there can be up to 5 other swimmers in the water with you.
What kind of pool will we be swimming in?
We have a 4 x 10m enclosed heated pool with average temperatures of 30-33 degrees Celsius
Do you have changing facilities?
There is a Wendy house with 2 cubicles, an outdoor shower with hot water and an indoor toilet.
What are your operating hours?
Depending on rosters, instructors can be in the water from Monday to Friday from 7am - 7pm. We are closed on public holidays and for 2 -3 weeks during June/July and at Christmas
What if I miss a lesson?
Lessons missed are forfeited. If we are notified timeously, we will endeavor to make lessons up when we receive cancellations and therefore have spaces to do so.

How does payment work?
Payment is done in advance by the 3rd of the month or at the first lesson if you start in the middle of the month. If you book a specific time slot payment is needed whether you use it or not.
